The Grizzly is basically the same as the Cougar but with a different turret.  Instead of a 76mm gun, the Grizzly mounts a 12.7mm MG and a 7.62mm coaxial MG. It can carry inside 6 fully equiped infantry men.  It is fully amphibious.
